A Brief Introduction of PLA Filament
*PLA, a biodegradable thermoplastic derived from renewable resources,such as cornstarch, sugar cane, tapioca roots, is the most environmentally friendly solution in the domain of 3D printing;
*PLA is tough, but a little brittle, once it has cooled down(brittleness of our PLA has improved a lot after our engineers re-developed it);
*PLA can be sanded down and may be painted over acrylic paint, but some people recommend using a primer;
*As with ABS, PLA does also attract water molecules from the air, so it should also be stored properly in an airtight container when it is not used over a long time.
