The working layer of these rolls are characterized with tiny crystalline grain graphite. We can control the size, shape, site of graphite and carbide through adjusting alloy's content and chilling. As the matrix can be converted from pearlite, bainite to martensite by combination of Mn, Cr, Ni, Mo, etc, together with existence of small amount of fine graphite, so that the roll's resistance to spalling, thermal crack and wear ability can be well enhanced.

Application: Minitype structural steel, wire rod, hot rolling sheet leveling rolling mill; plate of moderate thickness, etc.
