COATING-EXPOSURE
Coating colour: Light green
The color is light blue after exposure
Colour change after exposure: high
Contrast after developer: high
Day light sensitivity-UV: it is recommended to work under safety yellow light of low UV radiation.
Spectral sensitivity: 400-450nm. With peak sensitivity at 410nm.
Usable on platesetters with inter mal drum or flat bed.
Screen reproduction: 1%-99% at 200 l. p. i.
Resolution: up to 3200dpi and stochastic(FM)screen 20 microns.
DEVELOPMENT
Use developer Kodak 956 or PHOENIX-800. Negative developer.
Kodak 956: Water =1: 1, Water =1: 1.5, Water =1: 2, Three kinds of ratio can be.
PHOENIX-800. Negative developer. : Water =1: 1
Developer temperature: 23°C±1°C. ; Fahrenheit: 73.4±1.8
Development time: 30±5 seconds i immersion.
Replenishment: use developer Kodak 956 or PHOENIX-800 as a replenisher.
Replenishment rate: 60ml/㎡
Antioxidant stand by ON 30ml/h.
Antioxidant stand by OFF 30ml/h
When using machine imaging, imaging of the brush should be removed to prevent damage to the image area.
PHOENIX-800 developer is designed for has expired Negative PS Plate preparation of the developing solution
Using PHOENIX-800 developer, can already expired Negative PS Plate resume printing function
DELETION
Use EAST TOP deletion pens with wide, medium and fine point.
Apply over the area to be corrected and leave for 20-30 seconds. Remove by washing with abundant quantities fo water.
Recommended conductivity range: 800-1.500 microsiemens.
Note the results obtained may vary depending if the conditions of use are outside of our recommended values.

NOTE:
There might be light yellow on the plate after developing. Some suggestions are recommended as follows:
- Please continue to use it without worrying.
- Disappearing quickly: Put it the UV-light to make it disappear quickly.
- Obtained by developing the right image after the UV light in any secondary exposure, printing capabilities can be extended by 50%.
If you lay on plate gum by manual, after platemaking, after developer, please lay on the plate gum within 10-15min.
Please use neutral fountain solution, keep the ph=7 will be reach the best quality.
