D-Dimer test kit is an in vitro diagnostic test for quantitative determination of the concentration of D-Dimer in human serum, plasma. Corollary used with RL-A2000 Portable Quantitative Immunoassay Analyzer.

 

Hyperfunction, such as high coagulation state, diffuse intravascular coagulation, kidney disease, and organ transplant rejection, thrombolysis treatment, etc. The concentration of D-dimer increases during the activation of thrombosis and the fibrinolysis activity in blood vessels. Myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, pulmonary embolism, venous thrombosis, surgery, tumor, diffuse intravascular coagulation, infection and tissue necrosis, etc all can lead to an raised D-dimer.
