Gas furnace special thermocouple

Production application:

   Widely applicable to measure temperature under the oxidizing environment, vacuum, reducing atmosphere and inert gas conditions, particularly suitable for measuring the temperature above 1800 ℃ ultra-high temperature environments, it can also be used complex environment or a more hostile environment.

Production features:

1. Liangqiandu ultra-high temperature gas furnace specifical thermocouple, in an oxidizing atmosphere conditions, can be used for long-term contact measuring more than 1800 ℃ furnace temperature, measurement temperature range 100-1800 ℃, 100-1900 ℃.

2. After corrected ultra-high temperature refractory alloy thermocouple with an accuracy similar to a standard B-type thermocouples, a linear relationship between the electrical signal and its specific temperature, in the range of 100-1700 ℃, after the standard type B thermocouple in contrast, its basically the same precision in the range of 1700-1800, according to the theory of ultra-high temperature LQD measured with an accuracy of ± 2 ℃.

3. LQD Ultra-high temperature refractory alloy thermocouple make up of protection tube, temperature sensing element, a ceramic core tube, filling materials, compensation wire, junction box dedicated smart meter components. Different protection tube design, adapt to different harsh environment to meet the needs of different temperature environments. Special ultra-high temperature thermocouple can be designed according to the needs of users.

4. Different atmosphere can design different thermocouples, using an atmosphere including: vacuum, oxidizing environment, an inert atmosphere, special ambience. Special ultra-high temperature thermocouple can be designed according to the needs of users.

3. Sensitivity: ±3℃/1700℃(Measured with a thermocouple sensitivity: under 1700 ℃ environment, heat for some time, at a certain rate of heating temperature, experiments repeatedly, each time increased 3 ℃, the measured thermocouple connected meter change 1-3 ℃)

4. Repeatability: ±3℃/1800℃(Continuous measurement with a thermocouple repeatability: using the same rate heating,when the temperature reached the same set temperature, after holding time, two consecutive error is less than ±3℃/1800℃)

5. Accuracy: In a tube furnace, one end insert a standard B-type thermocouple, the other end into the test thermocouple,after test for sensor calibration, at 1700 ℃ conditions after a period of incubation, the average error of measured thermocouple and standard thermocouple is  ≤ ± 3 ℃
