Production application:

Production structure:

Graphite furnace and tungsten furnace special sensor made up of ZrB2 composite ceramic temperature sensing element, the transmission element, protection tube, ceramic core tube, filling materials, junction boxes, signal conditioning and conversion circuits, special control instruments, cables and other auxiliary devices.

Production features:

1. The Max. using temperature of traditional tungsten-rhenium thermocouple is 1900℃, applicable to vacuum and inert atmosphere environment, a serious error occurs in the presence of a trace of oxygen.

2. The patented invention of graphite furnace and tungsten furnace special sensor belongs to Liangqiandu company. Under vacuum and inert atmosphere environment, can measure to 2000, 2200, and this technology fill blank of internation.

3. After corrected graphite furnace and tungsten furnace special sensors, the accuracy similar with standard double platinum and rhodium thermocouple,  in 1700-1800interval temperature repeatability and longevity, similar with double platinum and rhodium thermocouple, the error in range of 1800-2200℃  is less than ± 10.

4. Different protection tube design, adapt to different harsh environment to meet the needs of different temperature environments. Special ultra-high temperature thermocouple can be designed according to the needs of users.

5. Different atmosphere can design different thermocouples, using an atmosphere including: vacuum, oxidizing environment, an inert atmosphere, special ambience. Special ultra-high temperature thermocouple can be designed according to the needs of users.
