Rib Lath is widely used as a plaster backing on ceilings, walls, partitions and especially over timber or plywood backgrounds. Rib Lath is also ideal for refurbishing damaged or aged masonry walls when a key for rendering is not certain due to disintegration or softening of the wall face.

 

Rib lath is made from galvanized steel punching expansion, is made with V-shaped ribs to increase tensile strength. Longitudinal stiffeners to make a large area coating have a uniform depth of the painting depth. Widely used in plaster walls and suspended ceilings, plastering construction base.
