Features

 

1. PLC control, human-computer interface, clear function display and easy operation.

2. 4-color flat screen printing and equipped with infrared dryers. Suitable for general ink and small area screen frame printing such T-shirt tagless labels.

3. Ten stations driven by indexer to insure stable and smooth running.

4. Angle and height pf squeegee and flood blade can be adjusted to insure consistent printing pressure. Screen frame of the second to fourth color can be fine adjusted front/back, left/right.

5. Adopts ten stations rotary worktable, one for substrate display, four for printing, four for drying, and one for substrate unloading, and ten stations working simultaneously with high speed.

6. Equipped with foot brake for easy operation.

7. For each worktable a x-y axis fine adjustable work-piece seat is installed. This allows fasten positioning and more convenient production.
