Polyimide heater uses polyimide polymer. This material is in film form and offers many
design features such as excellent dielectric strength in very thin cross sections. Polyimide heaters are offered in a virtually unlimited range of shapes,sizes and wattage.

Features of polyimide heaters:

1.Heater properties: Insulation materials: 0.001-inch kapton to 0.002-inch FEP adhesive

2.Color: transparent, amber-colored

3.Temperature range: -100 to 200oC (-212 to 392oF)

4.Heater flexibility: best 0.03 inches (0.75mm) minimum bend radius

5.Maximum power per square inch in still air 0.24W:

6.Maximum thickness over element: 0.015 inches (0.3mm)

7.voltage:1.5v to 400V
