4.1  Idlingshould be carried out before being used, to confirm no abnormalities when the machine can run.

4.2  Check up whether there are exceptional things in the rollers and the noodle cutters, clean up them and then you can make the machine run. You must be shut off the power before you wipe the machine. You should clean up the surface in time after you use. Do not scrap the two rollers and the noodle cutters with sharp knives.

4.3  It is easy to hurt your hands when you put the flour into the rollers. You must keep an appropriate distance between your hands and the rollers when you operate the machine. Do not use a wooden stick and other tools to be aid tools, otherwise personal injury and machine damage may happen easily.

4.4  Fill amount of lubricating oil in every oil filler every time. You can choose the No. 20 machine oil as the lubricating oil. Bearing Grease must be replaced once a year, you can choose calcium-based grease.

4.5  Check up common V belt tightness and wear regularly, and adjustment and replacement timely.

4.6  When the machine is idled a long time, you should smear moderatecooking oil on the surface of two rollers and the noodle cutters to avoid getting rusty.
