PE COATING LAMINATING MACHINE
This machine can composite EPE foaming sheet, PU foaming sheet, EVA foaming sheet, XPE foaming sheet and sponge such soft sheets with plastic film, kraft paper, aluminium film, nonwoven fabric together. Plastic granule goes through the high temperature melt, with the synchronization regulating the coating film extrusion capacity, embossing roller rotary speed and other relative specifications. And following the extrusion, coating the film between the plastic sheet with the plastic film evenly, going through the embossing rollers extrusion, to get out the finish product with the features of clear and uniform surface pattern, well three-dimensional sense, safe & environment, high yield.
