1.      Product description

This product is composited of a specially used PET anti-viscous membrane with our traditional SBS modified waterproofing membrane.
The product has three kinds of covering materials, include:  polyethylene film (PE), fine sand (S), aluminum (AL).
Self- adhesive material can be freely used on wet base, without flatting base or painting surface treatment agent.
 It can be inosculated with the cement permanently, without using torch welding.  

2.      Type and Specification

·Classified by the physical and mechanical properties: Type Ⅰ and Type Ⅱ .

·Classified by filler base: Polyester filler (PY), Non- filler base(N)      .

·PY Classified by upper surface isolation materials: Polyethylene film (PE), Fine sand (S), Aluminum film(AL)and Mineral particle (M).

·N Classified by upper surface isolation materials: Polyethylene film (PE), Polyester film (PET),  Double side self- adhesive (D).

·Width: 1m;  Area: 10㎡, 15㎡, 20㎡;

·Thickness: PY: 2.0mm, 3.0mm, 4.0mm;

N: 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm

Other specifications need to be conferred before ordering.

3.    Advantages             

·This product has very strong adhesive strength to base, as long as the temperature is above 5℃ , no need to have heating system, it is
safe, convenient and environmental friendly.

·This product has excellent low temperature flexibility and elongation, and is very adaptive to flexibleness, deformation and fracture of base.

·This sheet material has excellent self-healing ability for blind crack caused by nail puncture or outside stress.

·This sheet material has durable cohesiveness, sticks to base , does not peel off, no water inter-running phenomenon , the joint self-healing part
has the same life span as sheet material.

·This sheet material consists of self-adhesive rubber bitumen and HDPE (or PET), it has excellent water resisting property.

4.    Application Range

·Waterproof engineering of open-cut subway, tunnel, water pool, reservoir, water canal etc.;

·The waterproof engineering which open fire is not allowed;.

·Double side self-adhesive sheet material is appropriate to auxiliary waterproof engineering, it can also be used for the joint cohesiveness and
seal of two non-compatible waterproof material layers.

6.      Construction Method

·Clean and moisten the base;

·Plaster waterproof coating or cement;

When using waterproof coating, keep the thickness between 2mm-3mm,

When using cement, keep the thickness between 10mm-20mm.

·Pave membrane sheets: Peel the under surface isolation materials, pave the membrane sheets upon coating material or cement. Reserve an
overlapping area between two sheets, keep the width of lap joint more than 60mm.

·Squeeze the air: use a rubber tile patting the membrane in order to squeeze the inside air. Make the membrane sheet sticking on base tightly.

·Maintenance: peel the upper surface isolation materials, use sealing materials to seal the lap joint 48 hours after paving,

7. Storage and transportation

·Do not mix Products of different varieties, grades, specifications and grades.

·The sheets should be stored in a dry, ventilated and no higher than 50℃ temperature environment. Do not pile more than two layers.

·It can be stored no more than 1 year under normal storage condition.

·When use ship or rail transportation, the sheets must be piled no more than two layers vertically. If necessary, should
be covered with a tarpaulin.
