DLF series of sheet and ear material recycling machines are applicable for extruder (films, friction-tape sheets,
sheet metal, etc) when production line equipment is at work, qualified products and more than two edge feeds (i.e. ear
feed) are produced, the side feeds are produced while maintaining a clean, dry and immediately synchronize and are
compacted by tractor before entering the crushing room, where they are cut into flake pellets which are then immediately
blown (sucked) by the fan (or suction machine) to the feed entrance of extruder where a small screw feeder and a main
screw feeder press and mold both new materials and old materials for recycling use, thus attaining 100% recycled ear
materials.

Tractor fraction
