Model D-30 is full sealed and free maintenance RF lasers. It has a superior performance of
small size, good beam mode, stable power etc. And widely used in laser marking, cutting,
medical and scientific research fields, etc.

D-30 lasers internal structure:
1. Laser cavity body
The function is to convert RF power into light power output. D-30 laser cavity is adopted the
folding waveguide cavity, which can reduce the laser external size and guarantee good
output beam quality.

2. Control circuit
The laser is controlled by modulation signal and control signal through this circuit ,
meanwhile this circuit send the feedback signal of laser working state, thus users can
monitor the lasers through checking the modulation signal from the circuit.

3. RF Amplifying circuit
RF signal will be amplified in the power amplifying circuit when it is debugged by modulation
signal of control circuit, thereby it generates high power RF signal to activate the laser to
emit laser beam.

4. Cooling system
The lasers generates a lot of heat when working, the excessive heat accumulation will
damage the lasers, the cooling system is to dissipate excessive heat of lasers.
