ZYD-II Double-Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier is used mainly applied in power plant, power station, transformer factory, electric power company, power transformation, metallurgy, petrifaction, machinery, traffic, railway and so on.

ZYD-II Double-Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier is equipped with two horizontal evaporator , it can remove particles, dewater, degas from the old and new insulating oil. Especially for the 110KV-500KV large-scale transformer station.

ZYD-II Double-Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier is particularly suitable for treating high-grade transformer oil, super-voltage transformer oil and new transformer oil.
Function:

A: removing the moisture. The final treated oil can achieve less than 3ppm

B: degassing. The final treated oil can achieve less than 0.1%;

C: removing particles. The final treated oil can achieve NAS2 Grade (Cleanliness Grade).

D:  vacuum oil injecting

E:  vacuum drying equipment for transformers 

ZANYO outstanding features:

A.    Two Evaporation chamber is horizontal, the two chambers are separated, therefore the maximum utilization of degassing chamber space.

B.   Unique technology: Atomizer is placed upside down, the oil droplet average diameter less than 30μm, to increase evaporation area and extend the degassing time. Comparing to the one- vertical chamber machine, ZYD-II filtration system is 3 -fold and 5-fold quickly and effectively thank old machine.
