The series of machines are widely used for filling, sealing and batch No. printing of products packaged by aluminum-plastic and full plastic tubes in cosmetics, toothpastes, medical ointments, food, shoe polishes, adhesives,etc. According to customer requuirements, the series of machines can realizer dual-use filling of liquid and ointment materials through special design and special filling device. The series of machines can be used independently and can also form a production flow line with other equipments such as the automatic packaging machine and etc.

The B.GF-80-1 model adopts the outer heaint form, especiall suitable for sealing aluminum-plastic composite tubes with strong adaptability and convenient change of different specifications.
The B.GF-80-3 model adopts the inner heating form, especially suitable for sealing full-plastic packaging tubes with hot air heating from tube inner wall, no damege to tube surface tissues, beautiful sealing.
The B.GF-80-4 model adopts the inner heaing form with irregular shape sealing. All heating parts, clamping parts and sealing parts adopt the irregular shape device with precise positioning and carious sealing shapes. It is especially suitable for sealing full-plastic packaging tubes.
The B.GF-80-5 model is suitable for filling and sealing tubes with tube tube diameter above φ40mm. Inner or outer heating from can be adopted according to customer requirements.
