What kind of size we can do
Diamond circular saw blade is one of the most familiar slab cutting and grinding tools. According to our customer' requirements, we have developed different types of blades, such as for general use, for granite,for marble and for artificial stone etc.
What's the manufacturing method?
There are 3 methods: Wholly sintered( Cold press sintered, hot press sintered), high frequency welded( silver brazed , copper brazed), and laser welded.
What's the difference between sintered and welded saw blades?
(1)The diameter of sintered blade is normally less than 400mm, and welded saw blades are normally with bigger size.
(2)The welded saw blades can be used in more high-load and high-intensity cutting processes without deformation and more high cutting efficiency can be gained compared with sintered blades.
(3)The price of sintered saw blades is more competitive than welded one.
