Wired door/window magnetic contact sensor, work with any hardwired zones alarm panel. this product provides a normally closed circuit which will be switched to be open when it's triggered by moving the magnet part apart from sensor part. Usually it must be connected with a hardwired alarm control panel on the hardwired alarm zone, which is able to read the circuit state change on this door contact sensor and report to alarm control panel to activate the alarm.
