Application
1.The cross lapper folds and lays the fiber from the carding machine evenly into the shape for the next process.
It can be applied for polyester, viscose, nylon, pp, glass fiber, etc.
2.The machine accepts the web fiber from the carding machine with the constant speed and transports the web fiber to the conveyor belt softly.Then, The lapping trolley and the web belt transverse and turn fast and correctly. Lastly, the machine outputs the web fiber with the required thickness and density evenly.
3.There are two kinds of the lapper in the nonwoven production line. One is the normal cross lapper, the other is clamping lapper. Choose the kind as per the production needs.
