It consists of a synthetic non-woven core, sandwiched between chopped glass fibers which cut in 50mm, and stitch together. Upon customer's request, it can be made of double chopping layer or single chopping area weight can be 150-380g/m2, width between 10 inches-120 inches is available. This fabric is suitable for the polyester resin, Vinyl resin, Epoxy resin and Phenolic resin etc. It is mainly used in the RTM process, to manufacture the automotive, train parts etc.
