PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Sodium hyaluronate is an important physiological active substance which widely exists in animals and human beings. It can be found in skin, joints synovial fluid, umbilical cord, aqueous fluid and eyes vitreous, etc. Sodium hyaluronate is well known as natural moisturizing factor (NMF), which is the best substance found in moisturizing performance of cosmetic so far. It is also called " key to the fountain of youth" . Sodium hyaluronate (pharmaceutical grade) is widely used in different fields such as auxiliary viscoelastic agent, eye surgery surgical anti-blocking, arthritis, skin diseases, burns and the treatment of trauma, and induced targeting cancer treatment. The main functions as follows:
1. improve the function of joints;
2. natural moisturizing factor (NMF);

APPLICATIONS

Application in the field of cosmetic
The amount of the additive HA in cosmetic is about 0.1%, and in special use its amount can be up to 0.5%. Higher molecular HA can be used in anti-wrinkle and sun-block creams, and its amount is about 0.1%~0.5%. Due to its good penetration, lower molecular HA is widely used in cosmetic, and the amount of which is usually about 0.1%. For effective products such as sun-block and sun-screen the recommended HA amount is more than 0.1%. HA can improve efficiency and prolong the expiration as its excellent sustained-release.

Application in the field of health food
HA is widely used in health food in western countries. At home and abroad health food(nutrition food )manufacturers often choose HA(800,000～1200,000Dalton) as additives to produce capsules and tablets. Low molecular weight HA is often added in oral liquid, oral powder and soft capsule due to its advantages such as good solubility, uniform mixture and excellent absorption.

Application in the field of medicine

HA can be used as viscoelastic agent in eye intraocular lens implant surgery, as filling agent in osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis and other joint operation, as medium in eye drops and the prevention of postoperative adhesion and promoting the healing of skin wound, etc. HA with other drugs can act synergistically in drug slow release process, can play an important role in controlled drug release.
