      HLPMI series roller crusher is a type crusher for fine crushing, which is invented by our company with advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, environmental and intelligent, etc. It's a kind of crusher for materials of fragile, middle hard and surface moisture less than 20%. Mainly  suitable for materials of the compressive strength value≤80Mpa, particle size ≤300mm, such as coal, coal gangue, slag, carbon, etc. It can directly break materials to be less than 6mm (Arbitrary regulation from 3mm to 10mm). It has the advantages of large capacity, small energy consumption and wide application. Mainly used in electricity, mining, chemical industry and other industrial. Operation Principle

      This crusher is for fine crushing, it will finish primary crushing with a pair of toothed rolls in opposite direction and achieve fine crushing with the impact force of plate hammer and impact plates. The effective crushing angle can achieve 270°, it's wider than reversible hammer crusher, and hence can guarantee 96%+ of the product size to be less than 6mm.
