Operating Principle

      Two toothed rollers revolving in opposite directions makes it no need for vibrating screen. The materials come into the crusher directly and those whose dimension is smaller than the gap of two toothed rollers will pass through without redundant crushing. And materials whose dimension is larger than the gap of two toothed rollers will be split and rived by the revolving teeth to required granularity.

Technical Features

      1. Suitable for materials with high hardness: can break quite hard minerals whose compression strength reaches 150Mpa.

      2. Large handling capacity: the largest feeding size of HL pull crusher reaches 2000mm, and its largest handling capacity is 15000t/h.

      3. The roller crusher's running speed is slow. Since it mainly takes advantages of cutting, splitting, folding, pull for crushing, not impact, almost no overdust problem will cause during crushing.

      4. Processing before welding. Thickness of steel plate of the main supporting parts is 30mm. Structure is sturdy and durable.
