Product Application
Water filter/water purification machine includes silica sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium ion exchanger, Micron filter ,Ozone generator, UV Sterilizer and Hollow fiber filter.
The process Mineral water treatment:
1. Raw water pump-- provide the pressure to quartz sand filter/active carbon filter.
2.Multi-medium filter--get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid, ect.
3.Active carbon filter--Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter, ect.
4.Softener--exchange "ions" of calcium and magnesium with the most common and easiest method.
5.Micron filter--prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into UF membrane.
6.High pressure pump--Provide the high pressure to UF membrane.
7.Ultra Filter--main part of the plant.

1). Filter material
We choose natural quartz sand, Hai Nan active carbon, USA tech high quality security filter and reverse osmosis membrane. The reverse membrane brand we use is DOW, HYDE, TORAY, VONTRON etc.
2). Filter housing
There are two kinds material pretreatment tank: stainless steel 304 and FRP.
3). Sterilization
In order to prevent treated water polluted by bacteria, we use UV sterilizers and ozone to sterilize.
