Product Introduction

HLPMG series roller crusher is a type crusher for medium fine crushing, which is invented by our company with advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, environmental and intelligent, etc. It's suitable for materials of the compressive strength value≤80Mpa, particle size ≤300mm, such as coal, coal gangue, slag, carbon, etc. It can directly break materials to be less than 10mm. Mainly used in electricity, mining, chemical industry and other industry. It is one of the best choices for crushing coal for circulating fluidized bed boiler in power plant, pulverized coal furnace, coking plant, iron-works, etc.

Operating Principle

       Two motors drive rollers of the first and second level in the opposite direction. When materials comes into the first crushing level by the distributor. interlaced teeth crush the materials from 300mm to 50mm and below. Then, materials come into the second crushing level for further crushing from 50mm to 10mm and below. Rollers teeth are crossed with each other which can crush materials with effects such as cutting, splitting, breaking, pulling, etc. Meanwhile, materials rolled over and over during crushing so that the crusher can find the most fragile position for crushing. Toothed rolls only crush materials of bigger size, small size materials that meet the requirement can discharge direct to avoid over-crushing.

Main Features

       1. Single crusher still has high output and the size is even. The size can be arbitrary adjustable in the range of 8 to 15mm.
       2. Air eddy offsets each other, meanwhile, the leeway of the feeding and discharging hoppers is approximately equal, which leads to no dust rising. There's no need for installing special dust removal equipment.
       3. The adopting of a special kinematic principle makes the crusher no sticks and stop-up and no particular moisture requirement of the materials.
       4. The toothed plate is forked tail type which adopts sliding lockers to fasten the plate and achieves easy removal of it.
       5. The design takes fully advantages of pull crushing theory and kinetic energy principle to reduce idle work. Thus, its energy assumption is 50%-70% of same type's ring hammer crusher.
       6. Change lubricating oil automatically to protect the bearing and prolong its usage life. 
       7. New escaping structure of the pull crusher makes use of lever principle to increase range spring's stiffness and extend range spring group so that escaping distance of single side reaches 40-45mm, ability of passing through hard things for the crusher has improved and displacement adjusting becomes convenient.
       8. No need for vibrating screen. One crusher can replace several traditional crushing production lines with the broken ratio 30:1.
       9. Each toothed roller's vibration frequency is different, but they cancel each other. Vibration and noise greatly reduce (without damping platform), and live load is 1.3 times of dead load with small impact on the building.
      10. Equipped with special open device, the first and second door can be  opened convenient. It is easy to remove quick-wear parts.

Patent Technology

      There has patent bearing block escape switch installed on HL series roller crusher, when small materials that cannot be broken like wood or steel enter into the crusher, the breaking force increases which makes the escape switch move backwards, this moves related roller so that the gap between 2 rollers become larger, so that the wood or steel can fall down. After that, the switch resets quickly which won't influence the normal operation. When big materials cannot be broken enter into the crusher, escape switch can reduce the impact force, damage the safety pin under the worst circumstances to protect the crusher from damage. Also we can use adjusting screw on the escape switch of HL series roller crusher(fine crushing) or special product size adjusting device on HL series roller crusher (primary crushing and secondary crushing), thus can compensate tooth plate wearing, extend the usage time of tooth plate and guarantee the product size all the time.
