Operating Principle

Materials get into the feeding section from the hopper at the tail and the conveying belt becomes from flat to shape U, and then becomes circular tube when passing through changeover section. When it comes to the head, the conveying belt becomes flat and unloads the materials.

Main Features

1.    Environmental: Enclosed conveying leads to no dust rising, spattering and leakage.

2.    Small radius bending capacity: no need for transfer point.

3.    Large angle tilt capability: circular cross-section increases the conveyor inclination angle and the contact area of the material and the conveyor belt. The larger the inclination angle is, the shorter the conveyor is. In this way, our equipment is more economic.

4.    Larger conveying capacity, saving landing stage cost.

5.    Reduce the equipment purchase, use, maintenance cost.

6.    High degree of standardization: circular tube belt conveyor and common belt conveyor adopt the same standardized component.
