A: The full name of UPS is uninterruptible power supply. It's connected between city electricity and device, when city electricity off, it can supply power to device with 18650 battery to maintain the normal operation of the device.

A: Our products have different model – 5V2A / 9V1A / 12V1A / 12V2A, suitable devices include IP camera, router, telephone, attendance machine and so on. You just need to select the right model depends on the power of your device.
