Suitable for Manual Edge-Banding Machine, Excellent bonding strength for veneers of wooden, PVC, Melamine, ABS to mid-dense fiberboard, particleboard, and polywood.

Usage

1.Suggested running temperature: 190-210°C

2.Wear goggles and adiabatic gloves when working around hot melt machine.

3.If the plant line stops for over 2 hours,the glue temperature should be tuned down below 120°C or turn off the machine. 

4.Regularly maintaining and cleaning machine.

REMIND

Clean: please keep the equipment clean; clear the adhesive melting box regularly. Control the temperature of the adhesive melting box under 150 degrees when clearing it. Empty all remaining adhesive before adding new 

adhesive. Turn off the machine when not using it. 

Safety: Because of the high running temperature, please wear protective clothes, eyeshade, and glove when working. 

Other: This test result is given by our company test method and equipment. Different test method may cause the result a little difference. So in order not to cause unexpected loss, we suggest that you make a test before 

using the product.
