What is the function of HONCHA concrete block machine?

Honcha Block Making Machine is a multi-purpose block machine that is designed to meet the MASS PRODUCTION of VARIOUS KINDS of CONCRETE BLOCKSlike solid brick, blocks, pavers, slabs, curbs, interlocking types etc by just changing different moulds on the same block machine.

We have 4 models: QT6-15, QT8-15, QT9-15 and Hercules II. the main differences lie in the production capacity and level of automation. the most popular model is QT6-15 and QT9-15. and the capacity per day for 400*200*200mm hollow block for QT6-15 is 8000pcs. the biggest model can even reach over 25000 pcs per day.

5. We don't know how to operate the machine, do you provide technician for installation & Training?
 Answer:Dont worry, we will send our technician to ensure your machine run successfully. and necessary training and knowledge will be provided until your workers know how to operate the machine. Customer's timely feedback about the training is also welcome for better improving our service for you.
 
6. What is the warranty of your machine?
 
Answer: You machine will have one year's warranty after your acceptance of the successful running. and if any problems happen during this period, we will repair and replace the spare parts until the machine works well after we check the problems are caused by our part. and We need you to cooperate to solve the problems by sending us the digital photos.
7. how about the moulds?
 Answer: We will provide one set of free moulds, and if you need to produce more, then extra money shouldBe needed for the moulds.
 
 
FAQ before shipping:
 
1. What is the payment terms?
 Answers: irrevocable L/C at sight or 30% T/T before production, 70% balance before delivery is acceptable.

2. What is the delivery time?
 Answers: Your block machine will be shipped timely in 45 days after we receive your down payment or original Letter of Credit at sight.
3. how many containers are needed?
Answer: It depends on the equipments you will purchase. It will be our pleasure to quote you at CFR or CIF price. Normally, for a QT6-15 simple production line, if all included, it needs 3*40 feet container plus 2*20 feet container.
 4. how is the package?
 Answer: Your good will be taken care of by packing in standard shipping package &wooden cases.
