Equipment summary

the high temperature test electric furnace adopts the cylinder split type structure, which is composed of  the test electric furnace and the temperature controller. the temperature controller adopts PID fuzzy control mode, with small test temperature overshoot, and high control accuracy. It is the high-performance material test equipment for colleges, scientific research institutions, and factory mine material research units.

It can be used in any combination with the testing machine host according to the requirements of environment. It can complete high-temperature tensile tests of various metals and non-metals, and can meet the requirements of various special industries (such as plastics and rubber). When doing the normal temperature test, only need to remove the high temperature furnace. It can fully meet the strength test of the round bar sample, rectangular sample, pipe, etc. In GB/T4338-2006, HB 5195-1996 under special ambient temperature.
