FTM Hot Sale Ball Mill Brief introduction:

The bestseller ball mill manufactured by our company is the key equipment for recrushing the materials after they are primarily crushed. Ball mill is widely used in cement, silicate product, new building materials, refractory, fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metals and glass ceramic industry. It is used to grind all kinds of ores and other grindable materials. Customers can choose wet type or dry type ball mill according to materials.

Operating principle:

It is a horizontal type cylinder rotary device and outside the cylinder there is a drive gear which drives the cylinder to rotate. There are two cabins in the cylinder.

Step1:

Materials spirally and evenly go into the first cabin through the feeding hollow, and inside the first cabin there are ladder lining boards or ripple lining boards, in which there are many steel balls with different specifications. The cylinder rotates and produces eccentric force to bring steel balls to a certain height, and the the balls will fall down to impact and grind materials.

Step2:

After being coarsely ground in the first cabin, the materials will go through the single-layer partition board and into the secondary cabin in which there are flat lining board, and in the lining board there are steel balls to further grind the materials.

Step3:

The reground materials (powdery materials) in the second cabin will be discharged from the discharging grating bar.

Component:

This machine is composed of feeding part, discharging part, rotary part and driving part which includes reducer, small drive gear, electrical machine and electronic control. The hollow shaft uses steel casting, the inner lining can be dismantled and changed , and the rotary rack wheel uses casting gear hobbing and inside the cylinder there is wear-resisting lining board which has fine abrasion performance.

Machines are processed to be rust-proof and moisture-proof before delivery. Large mainframes are in nude, while small spare parts and motors are in wooden boxes.
