It is a professional equipment to produce laminated glass without autoclave. It is able to produce various laminated glass thanks to the advantages of this machine and specific film. You can insert the silk, metal mesh, fibre or other films into normal glass sheets in order to produce decorative and functional laminated glass.

This glass laminating machine is designed by means having solved many problems and difficult basis on decade experience, such as: Polluted glass by excessive adhesive, asymmetrical heating, low production but high energy consume etc. It is equipped with multilayer vacuum beds, and each bed is able to put double units so that the production capacity is double times than normal oven.

This machine has the characteristic of short time for heating up and cooling down, even temperature, low costs and low power consume.

This equipment is suitable for the glass deep processing factory. The machine use EVA film (also named EN film), it produces ordinary laminated glass, other laminated glass made from PC sheet, PET flake, decorative paper, silk or cloth, color film or metallic wire net.
