1.Features of impact crusher

(2) The heavy rotor could produce an enormous inertial force to break any hard rock and produce a high throughput.

(3) "Boat Shape"hammers are matched with the wearing profile that helps prolonging its life and assuring a stable discharge gradation.The rotor contact facing with hammers are machined to be sure the gaps eliminated and parts loosing un-happened.

(4) Frame side liners are designed as weight between 22-33kg,and have a sameness of 80%.

(5) Safety classes and measures are largely enhanced through hydraulic devices applied widely.

(6) High quality welded frames are from sophisticated welding machines and stress releasing processing.
