Serm is the important sample of the study of human and animal proteome, the albumin and immunoglobulins accounted for more than 65% of the total serum protein. Cost-effective removal of high-abundance proteins in serum, as well as separation and enrichment of low-abundance proteins has become one of the prerequisites of serum proteomics sample preparation. The kit is designed for the removal of high-abundance proteins (albumin and immunoglobulin) that provides a great convenience for the study of low-abundance proteins in serum. Use the product once can remove more than 60% albumin and more than 80% of immunoglobulin, as well as basically no loss of other low-abundance proteins. Low-abundance proteins in the serum after separation and enrichment that can be used in SDS-PAGE, 2D electrophoresis, MS analysis and other downstream experiments. The kit is able to use five times, each time can handle up to 120 ul serum samples.
