1.Brief Introduction:  A lot of types of slewing bearings, but the structure composed looks same. The slewing bearing contain outer ring, inner ring, rolling body, isolation place and seals.

2.Common types: single-row crossed roller series, single-row four point contact ball series, double row eight-point contact ball bearings, double row eight-point contact ball bearings, double-row ball series, roller and ball combination series, three-row roller series, and other non-standard slewing bearing.

3.Material of the pivoting support: The meterials of rolling ring of the slewing bearing produced by our company are generelly high alloy-structural steels such as 50Mn, 42CrMo, stainless steel and other materials for special purposes. Rolling ring blanks, which are manufactured via rolling press or forging and have been processed by normalizing or hardening and tempering, can fully guarantee the mechanical performance of the material. Users can choose appropriate materials as required.

4.Temperature and working environment suitable for the slewing bearing: The slewing bearing produced by our company can work normally at a temperature of -30℃ ~ +70℃. If users need one which can be used in lower or higher temperature, the engineers and technicians of our company can desigh in specially for you. 

5.Techincal parameters: Tooth form: external tooth, internal tooth, toothless.  Gear parameters: modulus, tooth mumber, pressure angle, addendum coefficient. Outline dimension requirement: outer diameter, internal diameter, overall height, single ring height, mounting hole dia, mounting hole size.
