Turning tool material: red( K type), yellow (M type), blue (P type). In order to promote the service life and cutting quality of the turning tool, turning tools in different colors use different materials, detail descriptions are as follows:
   

K type turning tool: mainly used for lathe heat treatment of steel, cast iron,alloy steel, copper, aluminum,non-iron metals from 55° to 60°.                        
 

M type turning tool: mainly used for lathing the stainless steel, cast steel, forged steel, alloy steel.  
       

P type: mainly used for lathing common steel materials, like 45# steel.

These turning tools can be used in common lathes, semi-automatic or fully automatic lathes, and be used in the process of external turning ,end-face, inner boring, threading, grooves & cutting. In the material of high speed steel,  with great toughness & high hardness, cutting geometric parameters can be reached according to client's requirement.
