1. Brief Introdution:
Disc shearing machine is also called slitting line, which is composed of uncoiling, feeding, shearing, recoiling and other equipments.
Its main function is to cut the wide steel coils into narrow steel coils with certain dimension in the direction of length, as the input preparation materials for rolling, welding, cold bending and forming, punching processes in the future.

The standard configuration of this production is composed of coil loading cars, uncoilers, coil-head guide＆press feeding devices, rough leveling, hole accumulators, strip aligning devices, slitters, scrap reelers, tension＆pre-separators, recoilers, coil discharging cars, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, electrical systems and etc;
