Uncoiling Slitting Recoiling Production Line


1.Brief Introduction:
According to thickness difference , the production line can be devided into three groups: thin sheet high speed slitting line, middle thick high speed sheet slitting line, and thick sheet slitting line. Here we emphasize middle thick sheet slitting line.

Capacity of middle thick sheet coil slitting line: slitting thickness range: 0.6~5mm, 1~6mm, 2~8mm, 3~10mm; steel coil width range: 600~1600mm, 800~1800mm, 800~2000mm;

3.Performance features:
Detail information of Steel Slitter:

1) we usually adopt double-mandrel uncoiler, two styles of which are three steps and double cones;
2) one or two hole accumulators in the middle thick coil slitting line. One pit accumulator always lies after slitter and before tensioner.
3) good material and precise sizes of disc knives, spacers and rubber rings on slitting shafts of our steel slitting machines can make sure little burrs, little cambers (±0.10mm/m), no stickiness to knives and precise slit width (±0.05mm).
4) To change disc knives fast, double slitters can be chosen. When one steel slitting machine is working, workers can install knives on the other slitter, then just exchange locations of two steel coil slitting line to continue work.
5) Coils separating ＆ pressing-down bracket is installed on recoiler, hydraulically driven, press on recoiling block tight and automaticaaly move up while recoiling diameter become bigger.
