Vortex air compressor machining special lathe is mainly used in the processing of vortex compressor and automotive industry , which can process vortex air compressor , scroll compressor , scroll plate , vortex pump, vortex generator , vortex blower and other artifacts .

Configuration characteristics :

1.C axis uses high precision machine tool torque motor , XYC shaft use low inertia servo motor , which can improve the follow-up. Three axis are controlled by closed –loop.

2. Machine tool spindle uses 30000 rpm imported capacitor electric spindle .

3. The machine is equipped with Fanuc and Siemens CNC system .

4.We can choose manipulator , automatic blanking ,to reduce the cost and realize automatic production line.
