The jib crane series include floor mounted jib crane, wall mounted cantilever jib crane and wall mounted traveling jib crane.
Floor mounted crane is a kind of cantilever cranes with a reliable light duty hoisting equipment to meet needs of modernized production. It mainly comprises supporting column, hoisting mechanism, slewing mechanism, electric parts and fixed on the floor by foundation bolts. Electric wire rope hoist, electric chain hoist and manual hoist are for your option as hoisting mechanism. The slewing arm revolves around the supporting column and the hoist travels along the bottom flange of the slewing arm, thus the jib crane is able to handle materials within its work radius.
Featuring simple structure, easy operation, space saving, reliable performance, high efficiency and flexible application, the floor mounted jib crane is very suitable for short range and intensive transportation and widely adopted in warehouses, workshops, assembly lines, mines, wharf etc.
Safety protection system
a. Overload protection in the event of overload, the hoist unit switches off and only the lowering motion is possible
b. All movements can be switched off by actuating the emergency-off switch at the control station via a main contact
