Bolted type suspension clamp:
Suspension clamp was used on transmission line and used for the suspension of the insulated messenger in straight lines and at angles up to 90° to connect conductors and insulators. The conductor or cables was fixed on clamp body by U-bolts.

Material: aluminum alloy, HDG steel, malleable cast iron
Suit conductor: aluminum, al-alloy, ACSR, AAAC, AAC, AACSR, GTACSR, OPGW, galvanized steel cable with or without armor rods
Strength: 40kN, 50kN, 70kN, 80kN, 90kN, 100kN
Types: trunnion type, envelope type, armor grip type, oscillating type

Preformed suspension clamp:

Application: suspend the overhead line conductor or grounding wire
components: preformed wires, rubber pad, metallic sheath, fixing plate, bolt nut and washers
material: galvanized steel, aluminium alloy, aluminium clad steel
advantage: decrease corona, especially suitable for voltage above 220kv and long distance transmission line or big angle tower 30°-60°
for suspension over head lines, OPGW, ADSS assembly
