The annual output of grinding ball is 200 thousand tons with available size DIA 25mm-150mm. The high-speed production lines are all controlled by computers, which decreases manual intervention and guarantees product quality and stability.  From source to finished product, we strive to manufacture high-quality and high performance grinding steel balls.

With our special heat treatment, the grinding rod has low wear rate, high hardness (about 45-55 HRC) and good toughness.

After removing the internal stress by quenching and tempering, our grinding rod will not break, bent or thin for two sides. The good resistance will help customers decrease the total costs. With the powerful technological strength, we are capable to meet customers' requirements for any specification, which increases flexibility largely and reduces unnecessary waste.
