Besides, we have advanced technology and equipment controlled by computer, which can customize the length of steel pipes according to the customers' requirements. In terms of galvanized steel pipes, the length we can produce is ranging from 3 to 16 meter while the length of black steel pipes is from 4.5 to 16 meter. The common lengths for galvanized steel pipe are 3.05m, 3.75m, 5.8m,12m, 7.3m,6m etc. As to black steel pipe, the common lengths are 4.5m,5.8m,6,9,12 etc. Generally speaking, allowable length tolerance is about 0-20mm using fixed length saw. The tolerance can be controlled under 5mm with the process of second saw cutting. Notably, the tolerance is even around ±1mm through the tool of small saw with below 100mm diameter.
Our pipes undergo a Chromic Acid passivation treatment for the surface of galvanized steel pipe. As a rule, hydrogen treatment and passivation treatment are the two major methods for the final effective painting treatment of galvanized pipe, in order to further improve the corrosion resistance of the zinc layer or maintain the original property of the coating. Furthermore, it also helps to prolong the durable years of the pipes. Generally speaking, our pipes can be used for at least 3 ~ 5 years, sometimes even up to 20 years. In that regard, there alsohas much to do with the specific environment in the actual applications.
we can offer a variety of packing forms for you to choose such as oiled in bundles, oiled and wrapped with PVC, wrapped with PVC in bundles, painted in bundles, as well as painted with PVC wrapped in bundles. Of course, our packing method is not fixed and it can be in strict accordance with the request of our customers. For example, some customers may pay more attention to the details of steel pipe like pipe end. They require that the pipe end should be wrapped with steel strip and blocked by wood strip. Besides, steel conduit need to be wrapped in a small bundle with PVC plastic. In addition, some customers are not particular about the packing form, steel pipes can be covered just in plastic bags.
