We have produced different sizes of waterway impellers. Currently, the most narrow waterway impellers we have worked with is 4mm. the radian of waterway is big and these impellers have strict requirements for surface roughness, the challenge is especially on the inside of the impeller.
Therefore, for some narrow waterway impellers, it is hard to make the shell and clean it. What's more, we usually make special treatments to ensure the inside roughness of the waterway for these impellers whose the width of waterway is less than 10mm is acceptable.
