Our warranty time is one year, during warranty time, any troubles, our technicians will serve you online 24 hours, by phone or send you some free spare parts.
 
2. Is the printer software in other language?
Our software is in English, if you need other language, we can provide you it in your language if you help to translate it. 
It can run in XP, Vista and Win7 ,Win8 etc.
 
3.Does the ink easy to order in local place?
Yes, all our ink is very common in your place, so you can buy it easliy in your local place.
 
4.Is the printer need to change the cartridge often?
No, all our printer use Continuouse Ink Supply System, when the ink used out, it is easy to refill, no need to change the cartridges, also the CISS will save about 30% ink.
