Sante muffle furnaces are used to process the sintering of ceramics and cermet material, heat treatment of some monocrystal, refractory material shrinkage reheated under high temperature, and used for small batch production.
Main features:
1. Furnace chamber is made of high-purity Al2O3 ceramic fiber. Low heat capacity insulation for high energry efficiency.
2. High rate of heating up: 0-30c/min.
3. Silicon carbide heating elements with stable properties are able to withstand stresses of intermittent operation, and provide long life.
4. Microcomputer PID control enables high precision and constant temperature requirement. with function of temperature compensation and correction.
5. Temperature controller is programmable with 2 groups/16 steps, and available to set temperature curve.
6. Electric leakage protection for safety
7. over-temperature alarm: with sound&light alarm when temperature exceeds the set limit.
