2, Gel Filling.
It can filling multiple channels at the same time , one-to-one dosing control, so that convenient to fill different reagents in each channels. It owns Anti sedimentation filling device to make sure the concentration of reagents is same.
3, Aluminum Flim Sealing.
the aluminum film can be fit tightly with the blood grouping card through hot pressing. and the pressing temperature can be adjust as per the materials of aluminum film.
 
4, Laser Rapid Cutting.
the machine laser can edit corresponding shape according product needs, and then automatic forming with high speed and good efficiency.
 
5, Online Centrifuge.
It can automatic grapping and putting the work-holding device through machine hand, then use online high-speed centrifugel to remove the bubbles.
 
6, Automatic intelligent test system.(with Automatic rejection system)
Automatic test the volume of filling,  label,  bubbles, code identification etc, and reject unqualified products.
 
7, Automatic encasing the card.(with material feeding system)
Automatic loading finished card into rack or box.
