Technology Process

the limestone exploited from mine will be transported to bin by loader and vehicle and then transported into heavy jaw crusher through plate feeder/vibration feeder. The material after crushing will be transported into grading screen. The small material will be transported into main conveyor and the big material on the screen will be transported into double geared roller crusher for second crushing (Metal is prohibited into double geared roller crusher; metal remover shall be installed between jaw crusher and main conveyor). after second crushing, the material will be transported to grading screen again and the unqualified material will be sent to double geared roller crusher until it is qualified.
