Working principle
It is a new machine designed and manufactured based on your years of experience for ribbed smoked sheet (RSS) process.It is used in slicing coagulated latex black into think coagulated sheet for next process.

in traditional rubber sheet process,Latex is coagulated in a tray,and rolled by manual operation,and dewatered in sheeting machine afterwards.Rubber factories are going out of this type of processing method in as it brings shortcomings of high labor intensity,low efficiency and so on.
Based on the market demand we have invented this coagulated in a tray,and rolled by manual operation method in RSS process.the latex is coagulated in a tank as a coagulated block and sliced into thin sheet which is suitable to feed the sheeting machine.

Function
this machine slices rubber block into rubber sheets with high efficiency,low labor intensity, high automatic level and less occupied areas.It is one our patent products which is highly recommended.
