Union is the connectors used in general service manifold lines and air,water,oil or gas applications, providing quick make-up and break-out capability needed in the oilfields and ranging from 1" to 12" with cold working pressures from 1000PSI to 20000PSI.
Main features of our hammer union used as below:
1.Three lug nuts and self-locking ACME threads provide quick make-up and break-out.
2.Color coded for quick identification.
3.Sour gas is available.
4.All unions provide pressure-tight & positive sealing for low-pressure services (1,000 to 2,000 PSI). 5Connections Type: pipeline thread, tubing thread, butt-weld.
6.Component Parts: Nut, Male Sub, Female Sub, Seal Ring.
7.Sour Service Models to NACE MR-01-75.
